I am interested in working for or running a real estate investment company. I’m currently at college and in business management. I’m not sure this is the right degree to do real estate investment as a career. I have been told that a business degree with a focus on construction management or finance would be better. Do you know of any real estate investment businesses? What are they looking for. I would appreciate any input.

@Jihan Shareef I would trust your gut feeling. Is it possible he lost his house to the hurricane in Wilmington NC? Better to ask questions than to speculate. Overall, trust your intuition.

I would appreciate any tips for a beginner. I’m learning what I can to be knowledgeable about investing. I’ve read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I agree with the concept of multiple streams of passive income. My plan is to stay debt free through college, and save what I can. In my third year of college working towards a a bachelors in Business Management, and I have no debt and 7k dollars in the bank. I would appreciate any insight or tips I can use to gain financial wisdom and become successful.
