Happy New Year, Everyone,
I'm a newbie to the Bigger Pockets forum but not to Real Estate and would love to network with the great minds of this Group. I am Associate Broker with Realty One Group Masters in Glendora and work in Residential, Multi-Family, and commercial sales and have done 1031 exchanges. Regarding evictions and other services like that Taylor, https://www.liddleandliddle.com is a local attorney that several people I know use as needed.  https://aoausa.com/   The Apartment Owners Association of California also has some great workshops and keeps you updated.  Just some resources, let me know if I can be of any help to you.
