@marvin S. Unfortunately, an interested party's name is simply just that. Without a POF and/or Buyer's Bio indicating capability to purchase, I would be doing an injustice to both myself and my seller without pre-qualifying a potential buyer on a sale of this magnitude. Yes, up to 300 SFH Tenanted are available in Atlanta, GA.

3/1, 3/2, 4/1.5, 4/2, etc....from $98k to $128k per unit.

Properties built in 50s through 70s

Investors - this is an off-market Sell.  Seller is a foreign national.  

Property was purchased in 2011 for $65k, made renovations, added 1/2 bath, now is a 4/2. 1,254 square feet.

For B2R, min. loan amount of $300k, min number of doors, 5....and min. property value of $50k. Competitive rates, but most likely max LTV at 70%.
