Know your numbers. Return calls/texts/emails promptly. Be open to professional advice. Don’t waste my/their time. Good for you for caring enough to ask!

In addition to the above, get in tune with your inner detective.Go old school. Ask neighbors, leave business card in the door. Also, in more rural settings, local mom & pop stores are often a great source of info. Especially if the yard is being manicured, someone knows the owner. Good luck!

Sadiki- I’m not in Indy, (great city btw), but if you need an on-the-ground agent in SO-CAL, let me know! Good luck everyone.

Hi Veronica & All! I'm a transplanted L.A. Realtor and it's so unfortunate to hear about your agent experience. I've been told that I'm noticeably not from this area due to my time commitments to my clients, plus my follow-up. Sadly. I don't understand the alternative. I'd love to connect with investors in your search for SFH, B&H, Land, etc;

Feel free to reach out & congrats on your investment in Big Bear! ;)
