CL is a good place for rental comps. Depending on the MLS, some of them will publish a range of prices for closed deals.

Thank you Nikolas. That is correct, our focus now is in Spring Branch, have done couple of flips and rentals in the area. It's great feeling when you can share knowledge with other investors, really excited about joining BP, look forward to discussing/analyzing potential deals with you in the future.
