Hello. I have a question for property managers --> What have you found to be the most successful approach to getting new clients? Are there any online solutions that you use for referrals or lead generation that you would recommend?

Question for contractors in the community --> When working with investors, do you do anything differently compared to working with clients on their own homes?

Question --> I've heard conflicting things regarding the use of the term "hard money".  Just curious... do you use this term, or prefer something else?  If the latter, what do you use?

Hi Thomas - Thanks for your post.  FYI - we recently launched an updated agent finding experience to help you find investor-friendly agents.  Click on the Network tab at the top of the page and then Real Estate Agents to try it out.

Hi Ronda - Welcome! We are currently working on building out our marketplace to help investors like you find the first member of the "Core 4" - the Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent. (You can look for one in our marketplace under the "network" tab.)  The tool can be used to find OOS agents.  Hope this helps!
