I also used RP Funding for a conventional refi on my residence. No closing costs and the rate was the same as traditional banks. Before I made my first payment, the loan was sold to Wells Fargo.

Does anyone have advice where to learn more about self storage units as an investment? I have only a very basic knowledge of them and would like to do more research before jumping in.
My wife would like to become a real estate agent to help our business. What is a good option to get her education and license?

I personally like them. Almost bought from them but due to extenuating circumstances we couldn't get it done. If it's a flip, I add 10% to the rehab costs and subtract 10% from the ARV. If the numbers work then I would talk further. It's not just with EP but anyone.

NoI haven't yet. I was going to purchase a property from Equity Pro but circumstances would not allow me to do proper due diligence. They are usually at the meetings of CFRI, first Wednesday of every month
