1. Read and gain as much knowledge as I can on how to build a sucessful rental business. 

2.I hope to save enough by summer to purchase our 3rd investment property.

3. Teach my oldest children how to take care of and fix minor things in a house.

I drive my 2016 kia sedona. It is my mom van but it does great to haul materials and kids. Most people dont care what I drive.

I am a new investor of sfh in Knoxville. I have 1 fully rented home and 1 recent purchased home we are fixing up to rent hopefully by July. Been looking on here for almost 1 year but now offically joined.
