ZipRealty to cut jobs on housing woes
Brokerage company lowers earnings guidance for 2007
Thursday, October 11, 2007

Citing the continued slowdown and uncertainty in the nation's
housing markets, ZipRealty today said it plans to eliminate jobs and
take other cost-cutting measures, and lowered its earnings guidance
for 2007.

Some real estate markets have been hit hard this year by slowing
sales and tightened lending standards, which have squeezed the pool
of buyers and softened demand. The National Association of Realtors
this week said it expects home sales to fall 10.8 percent and prices
to fall 1.3 percent this year.

Hello everyone,
I have an apartment building deal that I would like some assistance structuring the 5% downpayment. This multi family property has a great cash flow and it is currently 97% occupied. But, I'll let you be the judge of that. Review the info I've provided and let me know what you think. I have photo's and market study available upon request. I am an investor simply looking for assistance with capital. Any private lender/investor that would accomodate me with this is looking at a 200k extra in repayment or possible split earnings . Hope you're having a great day and I look forward to working with you.

Regards,
