No joke. It's exploding. There are SO MANY young families moving into the area. It's a great place to live and invest! The last rental I turned we increased over $400 a month to $1200 and I had over 50 leads in less than 24 hours. 

Well that makes sense since you are in California. I'd love to connect. I love to talk about real estate and I've been local  to the Huntsville area since I was a teenager.

I do not have any recommendations except for a local title company we love - North Alabama Title. I am curious how the word is getting out about Huntsville -Is it podcasts, advertisements, research, companies that are moving here or something else? We have noticed so many more out of town investors. I just wondered how y'all found out about our growing city?

@Dustin Thoms There is so much to talk about in the Huntsville area! There are definitely areas that are growing more than others. I'd love to exchange ideas. I have an interest in the Clermont/Four Corners/Davenport area near Orlando.  

Huntsville/Madison is growing and the market is becoming more competitive but still very inexpensive compared to other areas. Everyone has their own opinion about revitalizing areas. It is hard to predict the future! I have lived in this area since I was in the 6th grade. I have lived in Arab, Huntsville, Madison and currently just across the border in Ardmore, TN. Even little Ardmore is growing. I do not know as much about Hazel Green and the New Market area. 

If you can become a member, I recommend Redstone Federal Credit Union for loans. 

I am not well educated in MFH. The areas of town that have these are generally areas we haven't considered.
