Thanks @Linval T.  for your response. I have however previously read those items. I wanted to know if anyone had direct success of dealing with the overall process of Lima One Capital. I will keep looking around. 

I am weighing my options on which company do use as I do not want to have multiple inquires on my credit report. Any insight that anyone can provide about the Hard Money Lender Lima One Capital it would be appreciated. Any suggestions/referrals? 

So excuse the newbie, but can anyone offer a breakdown: water down the acronyms and put it in newbie terms. Lol I would totally appreciate it! So the points that are stated, what does that equate to in actual dollars?
