Aloha @Tawanda Lum I too invest in Delaware. Do you attend any of the local REI meetings? What are your areas of interest or areas that you target?

Yea catch 22 it seems I too look out for properties at auctions and sheriff sales. I have not found a company to do the pre-approval process with. However your hunt maybe easier if your partner would be willing to go through the pre-approval process with you. My Hang up with 2 of the companies was the lack of direct experience..i.e. I never completed a flip. I would love to hear if you come across any worth while companies.
