I'm sitting in a three day seminar, "Find, Fund, and Flip. First 2 hours have been all mental conditioning, the set up for the sale. Not saying we don't need to change from a consumer to an investor mindset, but what's the motivation.

Lucas, thanks for your response. I'd love to connect with you if you are able to make the time?

In the last 48 hours I've been told that Phoenix Arizona is the second hottest wholesaling market in the country. I've also been told that there are far more investors than there are deals to be had. If you are active in the Phoenix market, what do you think?

Greetings BP Community, We stumbled on to you by googling for best REI books. We have been married for 25 years, and have three teenage kids. We've lived in Phoenix, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York, but Phx is home. We both have decent jobs, but we know we need to do something else if we want to live the life we want, and be able to leave a legacy for our children. We've talked for years about getting involved in real estate, but for various reasons, we've never acted on it. Having just turned 50, now's the time to act! So glad we stumbled onto this community, looking forward to jumping in with both feet, making connections and being a sponge.

Has anyone had any experience with this organization? I'd appreciate any recent first hand experience.
