You cant inject the apoxy/trenchless on your Y connection part of your main line cause it will clog all other hot & cold water connections going to it so you can only do it where it has no other connections which is half the length for my building. Im currently dealing with this now so this came from the plumber

I will be making a 1031 exchange and so Im wondering if I can buy REO property as a "qualifying property" to satisfy the IRS. Is it possible?

I see this as $1,000 a mth rent and deduct 50% for maintenance & vacancy which leaves 500 a mth minus your debt service = +$340 a month is a good deal
