Has anyone contacted attorneys on this issue? It seems many landlords are making bad decisions due to false information in Zillow reports, and resulting in evictions and financial loss.

I had the same issue. I rented my rental house to a tenant with 775 credit score. After a couple months, she stopped paying rent. Upon further investigation, I found that Zillow reported that the average age of her open accounts is 22 years 4 months and she is only 21 years old.

Hello,

We had a case of the property manager for our HOA was embezzling funds from the HOA account. We have fired him since then, but would like to recuperate the stolen funds. We don't know the total amount of damage yet, but it is over the small claims court limit 0f 5K for businesses. Does anyone know of an attorney who may want to take the case on a percentage basis?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can give me insight on Cumming, GA in Atlanta area. I see it is pretty far from Atlanta. Where do the residents normally work around there? How easy is it to rent out a place if I were to buy a property there? What is the vacancy rate? Thanks!

I am visiting Atlanta next weekend to explore possible investment opportunities, probably in the northern Atlanta market. I am looking for real estate agent to help me explore the neighborhoods and show me properties. If you can recommend any agents in the area that are long-distance investor friendly, please let me know. Also, I would love to connect with any investors in the area. Thanks!

Hi Max,

I live in Los Angeles and own a rental property in Las Vegas, NV and Orlando, FL and I am currently managing them both on my own. So far, its not been any issue for me. If there are repair issues, I directly research and call professionals. When there are vacancies, I hire an agent on a fixed fee basis to show the unit to prospective tenants. Most things can be done online and over the phone these days.
