I just downloaded Stride Drive a few days ago and it's been working out great for me. Some of the other apps will automatically detect your driving, but since most of my driving isn't real estate related, I like the option of turning it on and off when I choose. Currently only available for iOS they are working on an Android release, I believe. Free, too!

Hello @Anthony Sim. Welcome to the site. As you can tell there's plenty to absorb. I currently flip homes in LA and Orange County, mainly, and as you know, things are expensive. Sounds like you have the right mindset, though. You may want to assess how you want to invest and then figure out your goals. I think once you have your goals set you'll have a better idea of where to go. For instance, do you start saving now? If so, how much? Enough to finance a deal using a hard money lender? Perhaps a private money lender? Maybe just enough to go joint venture with another investor? Figure out your goals first and then you can start to focus in on what you need to do in order to get to that goal. We're here to help you along the way. Take care and good luck!

I say start local first. It's easier to manage and it'll give you an idea of what you need to have done. Then if you're comfortable with it, go ahead and start moving outward. Good luck!
