Is there such a thing as a triple closing? I have a friend who knows someone that is selling off 6 new construction townhouses in my area at a really good deal but I cant actually close on them due to bad credit and lack of funds. I am sure I can find a buyer but i think it would be a triple closing...Is this possible?

wow good deal..... Just make sure you can sell it! With all this insurance crap I am looking at houses on the market in Tampa that have been sitting for over a year

I agree Rich but starting out finding a cheap yet profitable area is the perfect way for a broke young person to get started. I live in FL and when the avg house price is 250-300k it is hard to get started.....I am going to have to wholesale for a while before I can buy anything myself

damn that is cheap.....

I have been using ZipRealty for comps...They have all the active MLS, show DOM and recent sales. Also this isnt an advertisement just letting you know what site I like. It does not have a thing to figure out home value like zillow though

Hello everyone I wanted to find out if anyone knows much about Memphis area real estate. My fiance has 55 acres of Family land in Rossville, TN. Unfortunatly at this time I dont think it is worth much. Do you see this area rising in value or has this market slowed down just like most other areas? Any info would be great thanks!
