Thanks @Deanna G. lol I actually started looking this evening. I love them for my personal accounts but they do not offer portfolio lending. So I've been thinking of transfering my business accounts for a little while now anyway. This rent thing just added a little bit more incentive.

Thanks again.

@Heidi M. @Deanna G. @JD Martin

How do you know whiich tenant the money came from? I talked to my bank about it this evening  and mentioned that you all have the tenant put identifying info on the deposit slip. Although they aaid they would have them do it that way too, they said it would not show up on my online banking and if they paid cash I couldnt even see anything about the transaction. Is this just my bank?

@Deanna G. and @JD Martin, is there a reason why you transfer the deposits to another account?

@JD Martin

Thanks I didn't realize so many use this as an option. We do have erentpayment.com though. I think we might consider going the bank route. Thanks again.

Does anyone have their tenants deposit their rent directly at the bank? I usually either pick up the rent from their mailbox or they use the online payment service.  Well I have tenant who doesn't have a bank account and just uses money orders so I've been picking it up. Well last month "she said" her rent was stolen from the mailbox. So now I'm thinking of an alternative.  My sister in law said they just go to the landlord's bank and deposit it. Although they cant withdraw without ID, it sort of makes me nervous knowing they will have my account number. Any thoughts?

@David Rudaitis buy and hold is actually our goal. Wholesaling is just a means to getting the cash we need to pursue our other goals.
