Anybody that markets real estate, even lawyers, and gets paid a commission needs a license. Just get a license.
Jason Campbell Before deciding on 30 day notice, how often are you getting paid by the tenant? If every month, then you only need to give them a month's notice. If they're paying you every two months, then give them two months notice, etc. Go get'em.

Good stuff.  Shoot me a message if you need any help in the future.

Hey @Rami H. - you're on the right track.  There are a couple way that you can speak on behalf of the owner, but I'm happy to see that you recognize you can't market the properties yourself.  Feel free to message me and I can give you a few ideas to consider.  If you/your owner want to discuss, I'd be happy to set up a call.  If you've gotten it taken care of, go get'em and good luck.

We're onboard Bob Malecki ! See you there.
You should just have to pay it off, then the mortgagee should record a release. It should be pretty straight forward, depending on your jurisdiction. Did you do a title search prior to purchasing it? You want to make sure it's free and clear before paying off the balance.
May be worth a look. The hospital may be purchased by a competitor network of hospitals and could turn that office park into a more lucrative opportunity. See about the length of leases and dig to see if any reporters or newspapers have dirt about the failing hospital.

Ask a lawyer that practices a lot of real estate law in your area. It's wise to have a good template to revise and worth the money.

Bob Malecki that sounds great! Pass along anything you have to share. Sounds like a neat program.
