Hello Cailyn Aune Alex Chin , may I know your local knowledge of Parkland, Tacoma? I have one SFH pending there right now, but I am not sure of the area. The only thing I am buying it is because the property is a good deal(short sale), will rent for 1% of the purchase price, and there's already a tenant in place. Any info is greatly appreciated. --rey
