@Sackshe G. You definitely need a AFH consultant. I know a few of them.

I’ve used Rental Hero for free trial version before but did not subscribe right away to test other Rental App out there.  Almost a year later, I went back and subscribed for good to Rental Hero because it’s the easiest app to use for my needs and it’s the only one that makes sense for me to manage my small portfolio of ten properties.

Wow! This episode definitely becomes my confidence booster.  I am on fire now! Thanks biggerpockets!

Just like some here, I borrowed against my TSP to buy my first rental and paid myself back the balance on my TSP. Borrowed again to buy my second one, did some Brrr method. Fast forward 4 yrs later, I have now amassed a net worth of more than 1M—way faster and more than what I have ever earned on my TSP working for the last 20 yrs at USPS.

@Ruth Bayang Just curious, a 4-bed SFH rents for $2,600 now in Tacoma? Wow!

@Mariam Zinn So, if i am going to lease my home(4 bds) to a provider, how much I should charge for rent? Is there a liability on my part as a landlord in the event of an accident..i.e. like falls, eating inadiment objects as you described?

@Kevin Lehna How much do you rent it for? How does the lease structure look like?  Just curious.
