Hello Nithin,

I'm a broker in the area, you can hit up my DM if you're interested, I would love to know what type of multi home you're looking for see if I can find something interesting for you.

have a good day!

Quote from @Yehoshua S.:

In which markets are you looking for buyers?

I have sellers on the south shore of montreal, the plateau mont-royal, outremont and couple more areas. If you're interested please let me know with a DM =). I'd love to take your take on the properties.

Hi everybody,

I've had the chance to connect with a couple sellers of multi million $  rental properties as a real estate broker (and they are willing to sell if I have a buyer for them) but I'm running out of ways to get in contact with investors in that range of properties. Does anyone know how to get in contact with big investors with good opportunities? (I already tried connecting with some through references, at networking events, etc.. but still no buyers for these properties)

Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi Travis,

If the property is owned by a corporation, you sometimes can find the phone number related to the business by using 411 Canada or by looking in the ''Registre D'entreprise''. Hope it was helpful =)

Hi Ahmad,

I'm a real estate agent in the greater Montreal Area. I just looked at a couple land in the 30 min area from Mont-Tremblant and for the variation of price, of course being close to a body of water affects the price, but how close it is to the Mountain also affects it. I can get in deeper in dms if you'd like. Concerning the Taxes, I suggest that you talk to a CPA from Quebec, he would be of better help than me.

Don't hesitate to contact me for further details or if you'd like my services.

Hi Olivier,

As Justin suggested, the website provides a lot of help with deal analysis. You can also contact a RA who knows the area you're interested in who can help you with the analysis/do it with you. I'm an agent myself so if you're interested I could help you out with the analysis or any other questions you may have. Feel free to reach out :).
