Thank you so much Doug for your kind reply. Really appreciate. Do you suggest any ideas to deal with that. For example, asking the bank to get a new roof but keep the price same etc.

Regards

Hi all,

I am interested in a property which is currently bank owned. It has been sitting on the market for almost a year but the bank is so firm in the price and has not budged even few thousand dollars since one year. It is hard to believe the house is still sitting in such hot market.

Anyways if anyone would be kind enough to help me with my question - how to negotiate with bank to buy the property.

Thank you so much,

Love all

Thank you so much, will be in touch.
