Hi BP!

Time to introduce myself after listening to many great podcasts!  I am a graphic designer and last year I got married, moved in with my wife and now we are landlords.  It has been a good experience so far.  I have learned a lot about real estate investing this year.  I am interested in buy and hold single family homes.
