Hi Brian,

What do you want exactly. Let me know if you need help. You could do a WordPress website,I've built my own for my business.

Hi BP,

I just bought a Duplex and the seller will be my tenant. She has been living in this spot since 1998 but didn't want to manage it anymore. During the sale, she agreed to a lease.

The thing is she's a smoker and I'll ask the people downstairs not to smoke inside.

The lease agreement as not yet been signed.

Current state of mind : I'll be asking her not to smoke inside.

Have you ever lived a similar situation? Any advice?

How much would someone looking to buy would pay then? (let's pretend the said person is ready to take on leads)

Anyone else considering those services?

What about companies building a dedicated strategy for a buyer?

Hi Shane,

I think its gonna vary hard from market to market. Can you be a little specific?  Is it a wholesale lead or a sales agent lead? Other?

Are you looking to buy or sell leads?

Hi Marissa,

welcome to BP!

You seem to be ready to make a move, your concerns are real & will always be there. I suggest you take action as soon as you can. You seem smart enough to deal with the little things that will come up. Do you research, go & trust your gut.

Have fun!
