@Collin Mitchell

We always get a Builders Risk policy and a separate General Liability policy for our flips.

 Can you share your contact for the policy?

I've been a student of the SubTo community for the last year and this mentorship has been above anything else. With all the changes in the market, the strategies taught by Pace have helped me to stay afloat and continue to grow my portfolio. When I first learned of the mentorship, I questioned joining cause of all the other mentorships out there that don't provide value. After speaking with a few members, I realized Pace is legit. Since joining the mentorship, I have learned more than I can imagine.

For the same reasons mentioned, I decided not to go with them.

Decided not to move forward with them. Any suggestions for a lender doing 90% LTV for a DSCR loan?

Did you end up using them? I just came across them as well but I don't see much on them and they want their 2% loan processing fee upfront.
