Pace Morby mentorship is the best mentorship on Earth. I have meet so many amazing people that are so willing to help anyone get there first or next deal. I have been in other mentorships, and I will not say they was a waste, because they helped me find Subto. But I will say, then cannot and will not compare.

Well. Here we are  in 2020. Here is an update on what I have been doing. On December 12,2019. I closed my first deal as an buy and hold. I am getting it up and running as I am writing this. 

It has been a journey. But I can truly say. Through Chris all things are possible. It was only through him. That the I am were I am today. 

I have meet great people here in Bigger Pockets on the many Podcast. That I have learned and continue to learn from. 

Then my Mentor who has held my hand from the start of this process until now.

I am saying THANK YOU to everyone that has responded to my posting. Thank you to all that is finding the time to help me with my calculations ,estimates etc. 

UPDATE:  Seller 315. I have another contractor coming to estimate the rehab cost. Base upon what the seller says. I am looking to have the inspectors, architecture and structional engineer report. With the repost. I am offering 275-290 for the property.

Once again Thank You All. Let's see if I can trier him out and get it for what makes sense.
