Are there any successful flippers or wholesalers in the Vallejo/Benicia CA area? I am new to investing and I have a lot of questions about rehab, strategy, and more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I met a wholesaler recently who has a property under contract but cannot find any buyers. He is willing to split his wholesale fee with me or whatever extra I could get out of the deal is mine to keep if I bring a buyer to the table. My question is, is it possible to have him assign the contract to me and then I assign it to the buyer?

Hello everyone  in the Bigger Pockets  family .  My name is Michael Kirkwood and I am a newbie from Berkeley California .  I'm in the retail industry and have been sold for the past 10 years  I just was recently married and have 3 children . Being that I'm new to real estate I have been trying out a whole selling strategy to build up capital  and reading just about everything I can get my hands on .  My real estate goals are to eventually Buy and Hold as many properties as possible as well as developing .  I would greatly appreciate any input or tips  to help me along my journey  and I am glad to be a part of this community
