I'd do some research on recent new residential builds in the area, and reach out to the contractors/developers if you can dig up that info. Find some builders that are familiar with that area and I'm sure they can give you a pretty good idea of new build costs there. 

meetup.com has worked well for me. lots of rei meetings in the central/south jersey area. lots in philadelphia area too

good info so far. does anybody have personal experience using a service to aquire and manage your credit "pool"? for example WCAP

How do you guys feel about the current silver prices? As apposed to its "equilibrium" price.

Thanks Fernando. And Kris, I'm basically looking for the paperwork process from a-z. What  docs are needed etc. Basically if i have a seller ready to go with an end buyer in place already.. what are the needed docs to make this happen.
