Sounds like there is going to be a meetup Jan 11th. Actually logged on to find the time and place again, but haven't found it yet.

Anyone else got it?

We've had some good applicants who just needed more of a rental history or work history, too. We thank them for their application and time and then ask if we can follow up next time we think we have an opportunity for them. Its usually met quite favorably. 

Gives us a good list of go to's that maybe just had one or two things that could essentially be "fixed" given 6 mos or so.

Stick with the lease, but "mean" is a definite misnomer here. You entered into an agreement and you are abiding by it. I don't see that as mean, just honest.

Hey, everyone. I've been listening to the podcast for about a year, but am just getting started in actual investing. So far, I own two small single homes and recently moved into a foreclosure as a primary. We're also concentrating on getting our personal finances in shape, plus I went back to school in the midst of this. So, we're keeping busy!

I'm excited to network on here, to make friends and learn new things!
