@Aleksandra Serebrenik its all about the trusting the process. Now with Covid we do not even travel to the U.S. so will use Facetime to see the progress I also get reports on our internal system for all my our  contruction activities. My team is currently completing about 15 millions on redevelopment projects this years. I have zero stress having the systems in place with the proper people in place to manage my day to day operations. Hi Adam, in the current market conditions it is hard to find a diamond in the rough in Ottawa. I would start looking at other markets, as you would be surprised. If you sell today, you will have to find a new place, and with the low vacancy rate in Ottawa, you would be hard-pressed to find cheap rent. With the money you have, you could definitely take advantage of other markets and get great returns.
