Interesting that you guys are not using any property management software like buildium, yardi, appfolio.. perhaps those are for people who manage more than 1000 units but I maybe wrong. Plus they are expensive..

@Kimberly H. do you have staff as well or do you manage everything by yourself? Do you mind sharing how many units you manage and how many of those become vacant every month/year? What do you not like in Showmojo?

Are you managing all the 300 units without any staff? What problem is it specifically solving for you? Is it pre-screening, dealing with no-shows or other?
