I have been reading this site for some time now and researching real estate for a long time. Its always been a dream of mine to own rental property and create wealth through real estate. I am located in New York very close to New Jersey and more than willing to travel. I hope to learn about purchasing cash flowing rentals and different ways to aquire them. I would like to join some groups and get active. I don't have alot of money nor credit. Also, thanks to everyone that contributes. There really is a ton of great info on this site.
