Looking to connect with investors in augusta ga

What kind of properties do you look for when investing, in Augusta Ga or surrounding area?

@Ryan Blake I totally agree.  I have connected with some investors on this site who are already working with a realtor in our area.  Not a problem, however, I will not share great deals I find with them.  I want to connect with someone who wants the deals I find.  I look everyday and search like crazy. I like both, I love working with luxury homes as well as investors.

Anyone looking for investment properties in the Augusta, Ga. Area(Ft. Gordon)?

@Bobby Norris , you can do an addendum to a lease to have tenants move out, but I would only do that if you have rentals near the National.  Otherwise, you may not rent it anyways. A couple of years ago I worked for a management company and we had that to the lease for condos around the area of the Masters and maybe some on Washington Rd area.  Condos in the Grovetown area are hot.  They rent very easily and easy to maintain.  There are several investors with 50-70 of them.  I have one right now if anyone is interested!! 

Augusta Ga. is great for investing.  We have Ft. Gordon military base here and if you buy in a good area, no problem renting.
