mine is just normal condo , nothing fancy.  my point at Stamford CT is i don't see the price will appreciate nor rent will increase much in next 5 to 10 years.

so whats there for new investors to go in or old investor to keep holding it .

That’s weird , I been following myself for past two year stamford condo market. It didn’t not go up. It didn’t go down . And rent did not increase at all for studio or one bed. How do you come up with those numbers?

Hi all, I have own condo on stamford Connecticut for past few years. Did not see any appreciation in value or on rent even market is so hot now in New York or NJ. For those you know what do you think of future of the Connecticut and should o get ride of those properties ? Thanks

I don’t blame your broker , they need to work and make money, if I were in his shoes I might drop out too. I usually stick with one agent and if I see something I like I don’t mind make full offer. You can’t make them work hard and not pay them. Or at least offer to pay them for their time first . I don’t know . That’s just me. I want my agent to be treated well.

If they invest in Atlanta which area should I started investing now. Anyone familiar with Atlanta area?

I though Bayonne first, but the property tax is crazy. There is not Way I can make good profit after that tax

I only have experience on residential units , building less than 4 units. Read some where that if is more than 5 units have to deal with anual inspection and regulation more often. Any advices on those?
