@Lipscomb Obasohan I am not sure what the status of the 'Last Friday' and 'First Saturday' of the month meetups are as I had conflicts for both this last month.  There is a group picking back up meeting the third Monday of every month, starting August 17

When setting up a Real Estate Trust for a property, can one person be assigned to be both the trustee and the beneficiary?
