We went to Asheville this summer and fell in love with the log cabin lifestyle. We put a deposit on a lot, but unfortunately it fell through. We also put a $15579 deposit on a log cabin kit with Original Log Cabin Homes https://www.logcabinhomes.com/ but unfortunately, we lost the lot that we wanted and will not be able to build a log cabin home at this time. We were looking to transfer our deposit at a discount to a new buyer and the new buyer will have 3 years to take possession of the log cabin kit if they cant use right away. The new buyer can purchase any log cabin kit with the deposit, as they have quite a few different options/floorplans and can be shipped anywhere in the US. It is really a great deal for building and they have a 50% discount going on right now.

Thanks Patrick. I will contact them as well.  Not really looking to put custom cabinets in a 200k flip.  Dont want to over do it.

I am doing a flip in Indy and am looking for some recommendations for granite companies/fabricators and a mid range cabinet company. I normally get cabinets from Menards, but they are for rentals.   your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.
