@Will Morris Thanks much for your input. I think I will go ahead and get my license as it sounds like it does help to understand the market and some other aspect as well.

I am looking to buy a home in Folsom, CA. While looking at the current RE price drop trend and the number of houses construction, I am bit confused and not sure if I should buy at this price or wait for sometimes and why the home when market slow down a bit more. 

I am not sure why do we have so much construction in and around this area as we do not have big job market like bay area. I understand that people from bay area moving here but its a short term relocation until the boom gets burst then people will go back to craziness again. 

I am keep looking for houses but the price does not make sense in this area.

Looking for some thoughts or suggestions.

I am interested in getting my RE license but not to work as an agent full time. I just like to get license and get access to all inside and thinking it may be handy for me as an investor. I am also thinking of doing part-time agent work but not sure how feasible that is or its not even practical. 

Any thought or suggestion ?

My question on the following scenario - 

I have a property on my name . My brother and I are parner on one of the LLC. Can I put that property under this LLC ?

I have been investing out of state as I had different plans but now that we want to settle down here in Folsom, CA , we are looking for a house for ourselves. I am looking for some kind of guidance from someone who has been in here for a long time to discuss few things.

Can someone IM me so I can ask some questions and move forward based on that.

@Account Closed- I am not sure if you can expect a decent appreciation year over year at least for next couple or few years. We are almost at the peak , if not peak , of RE cycle in this are (by just historical data).

It depends on how long are you planning on staying there. You can get compensated in CA if you have this type of roof but not sure about NJ.

@Lenny B. I am seeing all of it that you mentioned. Lots of SFR and Duplex. Also I know there will be apartment complexes too. I will have to find a county news that I was reading. I will unicast you.
