I’m finally financially ready to buy my first investment property but have been hearing that the market may ACTUALLY crash because of the rona and related foreclosures. On the other hand, I’ve also heard a lot about potential inflation causing a rise in home values.

What are your thoughts? Should I wait? Should I jump in now and take advantage of the lower mortgage rates??

WWYD?

Hi guys!

I’ve been patiently learning about real estate, I’m set up to buy my first house hack but have a few questions I’m hoping some of you savvy people can answer!

1. I’ve been looking for multi family units but haven’t found many. I have, however, found many single family units that are currently being used as multi family. If so many people seem to get away with it.. is it a safe buy?

2. I’m looking to purchase in Miami. Do any of you south Florida locals have recommendations regarding most up and coming areas in Florida?

Hi guys!

I’m looking to buy my first multi family unit in Miami. I’ve heard about mortgage rates going down but have also been reading about the real estate market having a big correction soon.

What would you do? Should I lock down a good rate at the current Miami market or wait for the prices to drop?
