Post: Introduction to Me & My Strategies

Hey everyone,

My name is Justin and I’m looking to get started in real estate investing. I currently work as an accountant for a real estate investment firm managing fund portfolio’s.

My heart behind RE investing is to build wealth for my family, friends, and others so that finances aren’t a huge concern and they walk away educated about investing.

The strategies I am focused on are BRRRR and Short Term Rentals, but I'm open to learning new investment strategies as well.

I’m looking forward to collaborating with you so that we can build something together!🙏🏼

Hey Chris, my name is Justin. I’m pretty new to real estate investing myself, so I don’t have many long-term relationships built up yet, but to take a shot at answering your question I believe that finding a great partner comes by discussing the goals you both have for your real estate strategies, your values, and your purpose for doing so. Transparency and a strong WHY creates buy-in with people.

You could also creating a list of vetting questions, but that may seem shallow to some people.

Be candid, Be respectful, and be open minded. We may get burned sometimes, but we can always continue to move forward.

Hey Caleb, BiggerPockets has great calculator tools to help with that, but if you’ve already used up your 6 free tries I would recommend downloading the DealCheck app. I just downloaded it and it is SUPER helpful in analyzing deals. It will even give you rent estimates.

Does the amount you can receive from a cash out refinance depend on the max loan you can get based on your annual income?
