I typically drop off cookies or popcorn tins with a card. It’s a small price to pay to put a smile on the tenants and kids face. A tenant who knows you care will take better care of your property in my opinion.

@David Lund my goal for 2023 is to help 48 families or Investors buy/sell a home as an agent in North Texas.

We would also like to purchase 4 more investment properties to keep as rentals.

@Moises Guerra Garcia as long as your still in your option period you can absolutely renegotiate. Use the inspection report as leverage
