Post: How to deal with a picky tenant?

I have a very picky and demanding tenant. Averaging two maintenance requests per week. Nothing major, small things that I don’t mind fixing but they are eating away my bottom line and spending way too much time on this particular rental. Any suggestions on how to deal with the tenants or ideas on how to handle these requests?

@Kwame Williams any properties in Greensboro?

@Karen Rittenhouse will these events continue to happen?

@Daniel Shchyokin Jon Stevenson at American National Bank. He is not only a broker but also a real estate investor. He will be honest and if he can’t help he will lead you to someone who can. 369-2777

@Francisco Martinez III thank you, single family home. It was our first home, our plan is to buy a home every two years and rent the one we move out of. This way we get a lower rate on our mortgage and lower down payment.

This is the plan until there are more opportunities in our area for good deals.

@Chris Herrera it was our first home, will need an HVAC unit at some point. Other than that, it’s in great shape.

I just signed a one year lease on my first rental property. Should I save the income for future expenses aka reserves or reinvest?

@Travis Cannon great start! I was in your shoes once and it is doable to start with $1,500. Try house hacking, that is the best way to start. The current market in GSO is a little saturated but deals can be found.

If you are ever looking for someone to partner with, hit me up.

@Jack Yen Rent-A-Home of the Triad is a popular one company. I haven’t used them myself but I’ve heard good things about them.

Just put my first rental on the market and looking to connect with wholesellers in Greensboro, NC. Seems like everywhere I ask this I get bombarded with deals in High Point, I am only looking for real estate in Greensboro
