My 2 cent advise is go to your REIA meetings. Get to know the REAL players in those meetings. The guys doing 2+ flips a month, the guys turning out the 3+ turn key properties at least every 2 months. Talk to those guys about who they use. And maybe more importantly who they will NOT use and why.
