I do a lot if traveling between NY and NC. Because of that i am looking into turnkey properties in other states. I figure if i wont be managing them it really dont matter how far I invest. My question is what websites and or other tools  do you guys use to do your research on markets you cant easly travel to? I am looking to learn about median wages, job growth, diversity, criminal stats and the like.

Thank you

 BP has three levels

Free-what you have

Plus- You can post on the market but have limited use of Real estate calculators.

Pro- Market posts and unlimited real estate calculator.

That depends on the lender. Most hard money lenders i know (almost all) look at the asset and the ability for the asset to pay the lean.

I would look into the market or go with a plus account and put this on there where lenders can respond without braking the rules.

This is for fix and flip funding. That being said we do have A/R factoring lenders.

I am in the process of doing this exact comparison. I will be following this closely. For me it seams to be best as a mixture depending on the local markets I am looking at investing in. Some markets are better for notes then holding and vice versa. But again I am still in the comparison/ research stages. Would love to know what you learn. Maybe we can compare notes ( I have a spread sheet I am working on to compare actual returns).

It is five specific programs. Each program has different details.
