Hey,

I've been diligently working on familiarizing myself with different styles of investing (particularly sandwich lease options) and am looking to start building some elbow grease by getting out in the field. Naturally, being new, I don't have much to exchange but I am willing to offer my support to investors in the area in exchange for mentorship and understanding how investing is conducted in Louisiana.

I'm really motivated to get my first three to five properties by the end of the year, but I also believe in learning the right way and building a foundation.

With that said, are there any owners/investors in the area who could use an extra hand? If so, I'd love to lend mine. We have a real estate group down here but they only meet once a month. I'd like to make the most out of every day I can if possible.

Hey! My name is Jonathan (Pronounced Jo'Nathan, I go by 'Nate' ha) I am an aspiring wholesaler looking to learn the tools of the trade. I've read a couple books and decided that would be the best niche for me at this time. 

I have a couple personal goals of breaking away from the 9-5, and paying off some debt. My goal is to hopefully partner with a skilled Real Estate Agent that is friendly towards new investors and cut them in on all of my deals in exchange for receiving mentor-ship along the way. I have a personal goal to master wholesaling before moving to anything else.

I've lurked around here long enough, and have finally accepted the pieces won't come 'completely together' until I just get out there, haha.

P.S. Do you have any advice for an aspiring wholesaler?
