Hello @Elvin Salcedo Im an investor/agent in the Tampa area. I personally have not had any insight on the BRRRR strategy but my mentor just told me he is finishing up the refinancing part of 2 of his BRRRRs in the are and he's super excited to do so. So its possible just the deal would have to work.

Hi @Vito R. Im an investor/agent in the Tampa area. I can tell you FL in general issmoking HOT just like everyone else has said on this post. Main thing to find out is what is your criteria. Are you looking to buy and hold, fix and flip, etc?

Hi @Jonathan Hernandez I'm an investor/agent in the Tampa area. Prices have increase dramatically since inventory is extremely low. Areas you want to stay away from our Sulphur Springs which is where you find the best deals but probably not the best place to for yourself What I would ask is what are you trying to achieve with the house hack? Are you trying to get positive cashflow while living it, break even and live rent free, negative cashflow but get a rental?

Also what type of neighborhood are you trying to house hack in (A,B,C)?

Hi @Tyler D. I'm an investor/agent in the Tampa area. Tampa has great appreciation and decent cashflow at the moment since inventory is so low. Lakeland is a fantastic place and has seen growth because of what the others have mentioned. There's just not enough land left to build in the surrounding metros of Tampa and Orlando.

@Mitch Hankins Im an investor/agent in the tampa area and appreciation has been increasing to the point where cashflow is harder to come by but deals are still possible just harder to find. Since you are financing the full purchase of the home with the VA loan cashflow will be much harder to come by. Would love to discuss your goals further and see if there's anyway I can help

Hi @Nicholas Di Giugno Im an investor/agent in the Tampa area. I can tell you its a great market and appreciation is increasing at an alarming rate. There are still deals where you can get decent cashflow and have it be turnkey. Our economy is also very diverse and we just won the Stanley Cup and Superbowl which has brought a lot of interest to the area.
