What's Brewing Miami - REI Meet and Greet

Who is welcome - Agents, Investors, Bankers, Hard Money Lenders, Wholesalers, Management Company Owners, Attorneys and anyone who is interested in REI.

Best Case - Meet other like-minded individuals and learn about Real Estates Investing issues specific to South Florida. Talk about real estate! Perhaps find a deal or a partner.

meet up location is at the same place, date and time (last tuesday of the every month). Keeping these things the same means that people will know when to expect the meeting to take place. They are building a back patio though so perhaps that may be a be quieter?

This is a group of investors from the Miami and Broward areas who meet up once a month to talk real estate investing and to network with each other.

Who is welcome?

New Investors, Seasoned Investors, Landlords, Professional Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, Developers, Contractors, Hard Money Lenders , Bankers And anyone else that is interested in real estate or likes good beer!

Best case scenario: You meet the future partner or find a great contractor or real estate agent.  Maybe you learn something new about an area real estate new nothing about before!

Worst case scenario: You have some great beer and killer tacos.

Very much in the spirit of bigger pockets this meet up is about learning and networking hope to see you there!

What's Brewing Miami - REI Meet Up Event

Purpose: Meet other Real Estate Investors and Drink Beer.

Where: Union Beer Store in Little Havana on Calle 8 (SW 8th street)

Best Case: Make a friend and learn a ton about the local market and how your fellow investors are approaching deals

Worst Case: Drink Good Beer

While direct mail is not an innovative strategy trying to cater it to a local difference such as language can be.  I live in Miami and the fact that Spanish is a more common first language here than English I would like to be sending a letter in spanish as well.  

Does anyone have a direct mail campaign which is BILINGUAL and got any advice or possibly could send me a copy of the letter you use if the local language is Spanish?

There is a meet and greet in miami. Called What's Brewing Miami

It is held every month, usually the last tuesday but this month it is on Monday October 30 due to Halloween.
