Thanks for all the info guys! I'm excited to be here. Rich dad poor day will be delivered today! I have a mentor that I am working for with his LLC. He has been wholesaling for over a year, did well and now getting himself into the buy and holds and fix and flips while I take over the wholesaling side. The idea is to follow that foot path and learn as much as I can while wholesaling. We work in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties and have direct mail consistently going out, as well as cold calling, and driving for dollars. All leads are put into a crm and I have picked up were he left off since April 1st. I have seen a couple houses, made a couple offers, but still no deals for me yet. Any tips for follow up would be helpful?

I have always been interested in real estate but knew very little about how to get started and where to find the time.
