I have friend in Cincinnati that does aerial photography with a drone, I am starting to see more of this on higher end properties, I think he also does regular real estate photography as well.  He has even used the drone for roof inspections. Just google Third Eye Aerial Cincinnati to check out his work.

@Ian Hoover

 Thanks! I will recommend that he looks into both of those companies.

I should also add that my friend has been talking to Crown Real Estate and Management Systems Inc.  So if any feedback about them in particular would also be appreciated.

Hello,

I have a friend who is looking for a Property Manager for a SFR in Pittsburgh. I see that some of these posts are over a year old, so @Michael D.  or @Ian M.  how have your experiences been to date with Equity Real Estate, Arbors or MACE?  Would you still recommend any of them?

 Talk about efficient!  LOL, that looked like fun. Did you use someone's truck to pull it down?

 @Cody Brownfield

Cody, Welcome! I live in Lebanon, also a new to Real Estate Investing, however I have been interested for years and I have finally taken some steps to actually doing it. I have looked at several properties and I am still saving up some more money for a down payment / rehab costs. I have listened to most of the podcasts and read both of Jay Scott's books, The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, which are full of good information. I also started classes to get my Real Estate Sales License. I think getting licensed is a great way to learn and is valuable to be able to do things like have direct access to the MLS, let yourself or partners into properties, and submit offers, and make some side money to put down on more properties etc...

@Account Closed if all goes well this week, congrats on adding another property to your portfolio!  10 properties, you are not a beginner, you are too modest! :)

Coleman,

Welcome to the forum.  I am up in Lebanon. I too am new to real estate investing and interested in buy and hold or flips of single family / multifamily properties.  I just started classes to get my real estate sales license. Same as Steven, I could not be a mentor at this point but it is good to make contacts in the area.
