I have in an unusual way stumbled upon a property that has recently been foreclosed on. The city appraisal was 379,400. The bank investors bought the property for 297,000. Each unit can be rented as is for 1,100 a month. With improvements 1,300. The building currently has tenants (not good ones except for one or two possibly) current investors are looking to vacate property and sell. They do not want to be landlords. I have made contact in an unusual way with the eviction firm handling the vacate. I know this property has potential. I am looking for advice on how to proceed

Hello. I'm a new member in Alaska. I'm looking into wholesaling and note flipping as a way to get started again. I flipped notes back in 2001. I am looking into all aspects of real estate and have a plan that I think will work out really well for the area I live in. I'm hoping to connect with lenders, investors, and such. I have the ideas and eye but not the money yet. 😊😊. All will come in time and hard work.
